Welcome to the ILC! The ILC is a combination of computer lab and library in a inquiry based learning center. Inquiry learning is a form of active learning that starts by posing a question or a problem, Different from traditional learning where the teacher presents facts and their knowledge of the subject Inquiry based learning encourages the students to research and ask questions to develop their own knowledge on the subject. Inquiry based learning helps students with critical thinking and problem solving. I also work closely with Global Arts doing research on the continents where the art work they are doing originated.

Students may select books for check-out from the school library. Checking out books is a privilege so please be sure that all books are kept in good condition and returned on time.

Hello! My name is Ms. Penrose and I am the ILC EA. I am on my second year with WSD3 and am proud to be a part of such a great team! Although I have only been with the district for 2 years I have been working with children since 2005.
